Hotel National Bern

We loved staff and location of the hotel. In the morning we had cereals, eggs, cheese and tea.

Everything was simply really good. We liked the continental breakfast that was rich with orange juice.

Totally wonderful stay for a short business trip. The staff were decent and accommodating too.

Enjoyable base for discovering Bern with accommodating staff especially the receptionists.

Neat room, exceptionally good location, easy check-in. Delicious breakfast, we appreciated coffee, pastries, tea, eggs and cereals. Our room had a great bed and an astonishing view. Hotel employees were friendly. Excellent customer service provided too.

The breakfast was ASTONISHING, the staff was fabulous, the grounds were fairly clean. Had standard twin room with wake-up service available in it.

The staff was WELCOMING and were happy to help.

It was a lovely experience in a pleasurable hotel. A la carte restaurant was lovely with awesome food. Marvellous view of sea. Outstandingly helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The beach was beautiful.

Clean hotel in a great area. Nice sized bedroom and large bathroom. Only 15 minutes walking to the center of the city. Excellent views and beautiful garden. A trendy boutique property in Bern.

Nice experience there. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was extremely friendly! Airy, beautiful room with external bathroom and a balcony view too. Everything seemed okay, fairly clean.

Five star location, elegant decor. So courteous personnel, were happy to help. Room had an a decent size bathroom that we loved. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was consistently good. Early check-in, late check-out.
